Questions
Can I use my own API keys on the Free plan?
Yes. Every plan supports bring-your-own-key model access; Free is capped at $10 of BYOK spend per month, Team and Enterprise are unlimited.
What happens when a project hits its budget?
New messages are blocked before they'd go over budget, with a warning at 80%. Anyone blocked can request an increase in one click, routed straight to an admin.
Can Enterprise projects store files in our own SharePoint or Google Drive?
Yes. Enterprise projects can connect a specific SharePoint site or Google Shared Drive, so files stay in your own tenant instead of ParleHub's managed storage.
Is SSO available on the Free plan?
SSO (Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace) requires Team or Enterprise.
